Understand the operation
We start with how the business actually runs today - who does what, where the numbers come from and which steps are being done twice.
NSAB Limited builds software: platforms businesses run their operations on. The printing and production side of the business is what taught us how those operations really work - and it is where our own platform was proven first.
The applications people use
Staff console, customer portal, the screens work actually happens on
APIs and integrations
Every action available to another system, not just to a screen
The records underneath
Customers, catalogue, jobs, documents and a ledger that balances
Infrastructure
Identity, environments, backups and deployment

Software fails in businesses like this for one reason more than any other: it is delivered as a big bang and never quite finished. We do the opposite.
Quoting & costing
Week 1 — your cost book, your products
Orders & production
Week 3 — the floor comes on
Invoicing & VAT
Week 5 — with the ledger behind it
Payroll
Next — once the rest is settled

We start with how the business actually runs today - who does what, where the numbers come from and which steps are being done twice.
Your products, cost book, price book, tax treatment, roles and approvals are set up as configuration. Most businesses need no custom code at all.
Customers, catalogue and open balances are brought across, and one part of the business goes live first rather than everything at once.
Training for the people who use it daily, and someone accountable when something needs fixing - the platform is looked after, not handed over.
A system that holds a company's money and customer records has to be right when nobody is watching. These are the guarantees the platform is built on.

Written by the invoice itself, in the same transaction.
Every role carries an explicit list of permissions. The interface hides what someone cannot do and the API refuses it regardless of what the interface showed.
Roles that should not sit in the same pair of hands are refused when they are granted, not discovered during an audit. Nobody approves their own work.
Posted journals and the audit log are append-only at the database level. A mistake is reversed with a new entry; history is never quietly rewritten.
Colleagues are invited and set their own password through a single-use link. Passwords are hashed, sessions are revocable, and a reset ends every existing session.
Amounts are exact integers in minor units end to end - never floating point - so a rounding error cannot creep into a ledger that has to balance.
Cost books, price books and tax rules are versioned and pinned onto the documents that used them, so an old quote can still be explained years later.
There is a difference between software written for an industry and software written inside one.

NSAB ONE was not designed for a market we had read about. It was built to run NSAB's own quoting, production, invoicing and accounts, and it does.
Cedis, VAT with NHIL and GETFund, PAYE and SSNIT, withholding tax on contractors, and mobile money as a first-class payment method.
Most business software treats a job as a line on an invoice. Here it has machines, materials, labour and a real cost that lands in the accounts.
Every invoice and receipt posts a balanced double-entry journal as it happens. The books are a by-product of the work, not a monthly reconstruction.
Tell us how you quote, produce and invoice today. We will show you the same work running on NSAB ONE, with your own products and your own numbers - not a generic demo.
