Most businesses run on a quotation in a spreadsheet, an invoice in another program, production in a notebook and the accounts somewhere else entirely. NSAB ONE is the alternative: every transaction starts once and flows through the company.

NSAB ONE is organised into six worlds. They are not separate products bolted together - they share the same customers, catalogue, costing and ledger, which is why a job can cross from one to the next without anyone re-entering it.
Brand, design and artwork work, with client approvals and version history.
Manuscripts through to print runs, editions and royalties.
Jobs on the floor, costed by the machine, material and labour they actually use.
Campaigns, outdoor and billboard bookings, with reporting back to the client.
Quotes, orders, invoices, payments, VAT and the ledger behind all of it.
The SaaS layer: tenants, subscriptions, APIs and the platforms we build for others.

This is the design principle the whole platform is built on. A customer never gives you the same information twice, and nobody in the business re-keys a number that already exists somewhere else.
The quote carries the exact cost book and price book version it was calculated with, so the number can still be explained months later. Approval is a separate pair of hands from the person who prepared it. The invoice and its journal entry are written together or not at all.
These are modules of one system, not separate apps. They share the same customers, the same catalogue and the same ledger, which is why the numbers agree with each other.
One record per customer with their terms, credit limit, documents and everything they have ever bought.
A catalogue that knows how each product is made, what it is made of and how it should be priced.
Machine, material, labour and finishing costed from your own cost book - with the version pinned to the quote.
Costed, priced and taxed in one pass, approved by a second person, and converted to an order without retyping.
What was agreed, at the numbers that were agreed, tracked from acceptance through to delivery.
Jobs on the floor with the work booked to them, so labour lands on the job that earned it, not in overhead.
Invoices issued against real orders, with VAT, NHIL and GETFund applied and the journal written at the same time.
Record a receipt or import a MoMo statement, match it to the invoices it settles, and post it once.
A double-entry ledger that balances, a trial balance you can open, and tax calculated from the transactions underneath it.
Codes generated against real records - a job, a product, a delivery - so scanning one tells you what it belongs to.
Order value, gross profit, what you are owed, what you owe in tax, and where the margin actually came from.
Tell us how you quote, produce and invoice today. We will show you the same work running on NSAB ONE, with your own products and your own numbers - not a generic demo.
