“We lose track of orders”
Every order carries the quote it came from, what stage it is at and what is still owed on it - visible to sales, production and finance at the same time.
Nobody buys a platform. They buy the end of a specific, recurring, expensive frustration. Here is where most businesses start.

The same orders, visible to sales, production and finance at once.
Every order carries the quote it came from, what stage it is at and what is still owed on it - visible to sales, production and finance at the same time.
Cost is built up from the machine, material, labour and finishing each job actually used, then compared against what it was sold for.
Invoices are issued from orders with VAT, NHIL and GETFund applied, numbered without gaps, and posted to the ledger as they are issued.
Jobs, the work booked to them and who approved that work live in the system, so the floor and the office are looking at the same thing.
Roles carry the permissions they need and nothing more, conflicting duties are refused when they are granted, and every change is on the audit trail.
Multiple companies and branches on one platform, each with its own numbering, ledger and reporting, without a separate installation for each.
Growing businesses rarely lose money because they are working badly. They lose it because the information about the work is scattered, and by the time it is gathered up the job is already done.
