NSAB Limited
Terms of use
Version 1, in force from 28 October 2026.
These terms apply when you use nsabltd.com, devego studio (nsabltd.com/studio), the publications and e-books we host, and anything else we provide online. Please read them. If you do not agree, do not use these services.
1. Who we are
The services are provided by NSAB Limited (“NSAB”, “we”, “us”), a company in Accra, Ghana.
- Email: info@nsabltd.com
- Phone: +233 24 953 3557
How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Notice, which forms part of these terms.
2. Changes to these terms
Each version of these terms has a number and a date it takes effect, shown at the top of this page. We may update them. When a change matters to publishers in devego studio, we email the owners of each publisher at least 30 days before it takes effect, unless the change is required by law sooner. If you keep using the services after a change takes effect, the new version applies. Every version we have published stays on record.
3. Using the website
You may use nsabltd.com to learn about NSAB, contact us and ask for quotes. You must not:
- break, overload or probe the security of the website or our systems;
- copy large parts of it by automated means, or use it to send spam;
- pretend to be someone else, or send us anything unlawful or harmful.
Descriptions and prices on the website are for information. A price is only binding when we give it to you in a written quote or invoice.
The website’s text, designs, pictures and code belong to NSAB or the people who licensed them to us. You may not reuse them without our written permission, except to share a link or a short quotation that names us.
4. Quotes, orders and services from NSAB
Printing, branding, publishing, advertising, software and our other services are provided under the quote or agreement we give you for that work, together with these terms. If the two differ, the quote or agreement wins.
If you are a consumer, you have the rights the Electronic Transactions Act, 2008 (Act 772) gives you, including the right to cancel in the cases and within the periods it sets. Work made to your own specification, such as printing your artwork, cannot be cancelled once it has started with your agreement.
5. devego studio: for publishers
devego studio lets a business publish catalogues, brochures and other documents as page-turning publications, take enquiries, and sell from them.
5.1 Signing up
- You must be at least 18 and act for a business or organisation, or be the business yourself.
- The information you give us must be true, and you must keep it up to date.
- After you sign up and confirm your email, you work on a trial: limited, unlisted only, and without selling. NSAB reviews each application. We may approve it onto a plan, or decline it and say why.
- One person can belong to one publisher at a time.
5.2 Your account and your team
- Keep your password and two-step codes secret. You are responsible for what is done with your account and by the people you invite.
- Two-step sign-in is required for some actions: inviting people, changing where payments go, and refunds. We strongly recommend turning it on for every owner.
- Tell us at once at info@nsabltd.com if you think your account has been misused.
5.3 Plans and fees
- What each plan allows, and what it costs, is shown in the studio under Plan. Prices are in Ghana cedis. Our invoices show the taxes they include.
- If a plan is paid, you pay in advance for each month or year, by card or mobile money, through Paystack. Prices include VAT, NHIL and GETFund where they apply, and we send a tax invoice for each payment.
- If you pay by card, you can choose to renew automatically. We then charge the same card for the next period on the day before the current one ends, at the plan’s price at that time, and email you at least seven days before. You can switch automatic renewal off in the studio at any time before the charge.
- If a period is not paid when it ends, we tell you and you have seven days to pay. If it still is not paid, your publisher moves to the free plan (or the trial). We do not delete your publications because of a missed payment.
- We may change a plan’s price or limits. We tell you at least 30 days before a change to what you pay takes effect for you.
- Fees already paid are not refunded, except where the law requires it or we agree in writing. If you are a consumer, the cancellation rights in the Electronic Transactions Act, 2008 still apply. For a service you asked us to start straight away, the right to cancel ends once it has started.
- A smaller plan never removes what you have already published. It only stops you adding more than the plan allows.
5.4 Your content
- You keep the rights in everything you upload: your PDFs, products, prices, text and pictures.
- You give NSAB a licence to store, copy, process and show your content, only as needed to run the service for you. This means making page images, reading the text for search, and showing it to readers as your visibility settings allow. The licence ends when your content is removed, except for backups, which expire in the normal course, and copies the law requires us to keep.
- You promise that you have the right to publish what you upload, and that it is accurate and lawful.
You must not publish, sell or advertise:
- anything unlawful in Ghana or where it is offered;
- anything that infringes someone else’s copyright, trade mark or other rights;
- anything sexual involving anyone under 18, or that incites violence or hatred;
- misleading offers, scams, or pages imitating another business;
- weapons, drugs, counterfeit goods, or other goods or services that may not lawfully be sold;
- malicious code, or anything that collects people’s information without a lawful basis.
We may remove content or suspend a publication or a publisher that breaks these rules. We tell you why, unless the law or an investigation prevents it. To report content, email info@nsabltd.com. Say where it is and why, and we will look at it promptly.
5.5 Selling through your publications
- You are the seller. A sale made through your publication is a contract between you and your buyer. NSAB is not a party to it, and is not the seller or the merchant of record.
- Payments go into your own Paystack account. Paystack’s own terms apply between you and Paystack. Card and mobile-money details are entered on Paystack’s pages and never reach NSAB. Your Paystack secret key is stored encrypted. A new key takes effect only after an NSAB staff member approves it.
- You must give buyers the information the law requires before they buy, including under section 47 of the Electronic Transactions Act, 2008. That means your business name, contact details and address; the full price including taxes; delivery terms; and your refund policy. You must honour buyers’ rights to cancel and to refunds.
- You are responsible for your goods and services, for delivery, for refunds, and for your own taxes, including VAT where you are registered.
- We may stop your publications from taking payments if we see signs of fraud or of a serious breach of these terms.
5.6 Your readers’ information
When readers send you an enquiry or buy from you, you decide why and how their information is used: you are the data controller. NSAB stores and processes it on your behalf as your processor. As your processor, NSAB will:
- use it only to provide the studio to you, on your instructions as set by these terms and your settings;
- keep it confidential and protect it with the measures in our Privacy Notice;
- use only the service providers listed in our Privacy Notice, under obligations that protect it;
- help you answer requests from readers who want to see, correct or delete their information;
- tell you without undue delay if a breach affects it;
- delete or return it when your publisher is closed, except for what the law requires us to keep.
You must have a lawful basis for using it. You must contact readers for marketing only if they agreed to it. The enquiry form asks for that agreement separately and never ticks it for them.
5.7 Availability and backups
We work to keep the studio and your publications available and secure, but we cannot promise they will never be interrupted. We sometimes need time for maintenance and updates. We keep backups, but you should keep your own copies of what you upload.
5.8 Closing and suspension
- You may close your publisher at any time by writing to us. Before you do, you can download your enquiries as a CSV file from the studio.
- We may suspend or close a publisher that breaks these terms, does not pay, or puts readers, buyers or our systems at risk. Where we can, we warn you first.
- When a publisher is closed or suspended, its publications go offline and its people can no longer sign in. We keep records as our Privacy Notice explains.
6. Reading publications and buying from publishers
Publications on nsabltd.com/pub/ belong to the publishers who uploaded them. Their content, products and offers are theirs, not NSAB’s.
When you buy from a publication, you buy from that publisher, and the publisher’s refund policy, shown before you pay, applies. When you send an enquiry, it goes to that publisher. For questions about an order or an enquiry, contact the publisher; their details are on the receipt. If you think a publication breaks the law or these terms, tell us at info@nsabltd.com.
7. Protected e-books
An e-book reading link is for the buyer alone. You may read it on the number of devices the seller allows. You must not share the link, codes or files, or remove the marks that identify your copy. We may withdraw access from a copy that has been shared.
8. Responsibility
- Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the laws of Ghana do not allow to be limited, or a consumer’s statutory rights.
- Otherwise, we provide free plans and the website as they are. We are not responsible for loss of profit, business or data, or for indirect loss.
- For paid services, our total responsibility for any claim is limited to what you paid NSAB for the service concerned in the 12 months before the claim.
- If you are a publisher, you will make good any loss NSAB suffers because of your content, your sales, or your breach of these terms.
9. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. If something goes wrong, please contact us first. Most problems can be sorted out quickly. If we cannot agree, either of us may ask for mediation under the Alternative Dispute Resolution Act, 2010 (Act 798), or take the matter to the courts of Ghana.
10. General
- These terms, the Privacy Notice, and any quote, plan or agreement they mention, are the whole agreement between us about these services.
- If a court finds part of these terms invalid, the rest still applies.
- If we do not enforce a term at once, we can still enforce it later.
- We may send you notices by email to the address on your account. You may write to us at info@nsabltd.com.
